Hi Im Kathryn of Vermont glad to sign and I am also a brittle LOVER{fanatic more like it!}made this fo ryears when our children were younger.I remember my 1st batch-everything goin gperfectly-I was in total control and calm.......UNTIL I added bakin gsoda in batch!oh my gosh!! it quadripled the size and everything just went bonkers! but after I quickly prepared a 2nd marble to cool it on-it tasted scrumptious! its been over 5 years since I've made this.I saw "pistachio"flavored on that site-never heard of that before-nor walnut.I bet they taste divinely! Happy new years!
